Do you need help with rent?

We understand that many families are struggling to make ends meet, and keeping up with rent can be a significant challenge. P.O.W.E.R. is here to help. If your family needs eviction prevention or rental assistance, and you have been served through our outreach programs, please complete the registration screening form to apply for rental assistance.

Due to the high volume of interest, we have implemented a lottery system instead of a waitlist. When you fill out the registration form, your information will be entered into a weekly lottery. If selected, our staff will contact you to complete a short eligibility screening to determine if you qualify for assistance. If you are not selected that week, you will receive an email notification and be re-entered into the lottery for the following week.

P.O.W.E.R. may share the information you provide and details about the services you receive for research and evaluation purposes. This information will not include any personal identifiers such as your name or birthdate. It will not be used in any way that could identify you. Federal or state laws may require us to show information to university or government officials or funders. You will not be identified in any publication resulting from this research. Due to limited funding, you may be offered the opportunity to participate in a lottery to determine the type of homelessness prevention services you receive.
